Who am I?

I am an integrative psychotherapist and EMDR therapist based in Sydney’s East. My work is fuelled by a desire to support individuals in finding their voice and through this, live an authentic life.

The Japanese art of Kintsugi repairs broken pottery by mending the pieces with gold, highlighting the broken parts – built on the premise that by embracing flaws and imperfections, we create an even stronger, more beautiful piece of art. I believe that in the process of repairing ourselves, we create a strengthened, more beautiful and resilient self.

Through the psychotherapeutic process, I explore with adults their lived experience and the impact of their distress. I seek to reveal the origin of their suffering and create a space that is free from judgment, expectation and invites opportunity for healing.

Our deepest human need is to be seen by other people
— to really be seen and known by someone else.
