Get to know me
I am a trauma informed integrative psychotherapist. I seek to create a deepening awareness of self and enhance connection with others. I work primarily in the areas of complex trauma and dissociative disorders supporting individuals and their loved ones.
Exploration of the human condition has always intrigued me. I am curious as to the driving force behind why we do what we do and what determines our path in life. In understanding our life’s journey and what shapes it, we can begin to move towards a more content existence - with a balanced relationship with the world and the connections it brings.
My journey to work as a psychotherapist, whilst always being my life’s goal has not been easy. Like many, my life experience which has seen adversity, love and loss has shaped my practice and is the foundation of my empathy. I too have suffered and healed.
Healing is messy, it can be alienating, isolating and often makes us yearn for the mundane. Beyond the chaos is where the magic lies. This magic is the beautifully rich, warm, all-encompassing sparkle that lift us and brings to light our strength, wisdom and potential for change.
We all wish to be truly seen, let me listen with compassion and offer a space free of judgment where we can collaborate to enhance and strengthen your true self.
I am a mother, a partner, a daughter and a sister. I am also a survivor advocate, committed to driving change and raising community awareness. I am a passionate reader and seek stillness through the creativity of painting and drawing. As an integrative psychotherapist, I continue to do my own in-depth psychotherapy alongside ongoing professional development and supervision.

Trauma is not what happens to you.
Trauma is what happens inside you as a result of what happens to you.
